Welcome to my Website. My name is Dr Leonaura Rhodes and I am a Life Coach offering a confidential personal Life Coaching service face to face or by phone and email.

I am a qualified coach with a Diploma in Life Coaching, a Certificate in Counselling and a Medical Degree.

A Life Coach is someone who works with an individual to help them identify and accomplish their own personal and professional goals faster and more efficiently than they could do on their own. As a Life Coach I can offer you support on your journey to change your life for the better. I believe that "you are the expert on you" and therefore coaching must be centred around you as an individual, your needs and preferences.

My Life Coaching sessions take the form of conversations and life coaching techniques (including NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming) including identifying goals, learning new ways of thinking and approaching situations and confidence building.

My style of coaching is relaxed and I have excellent listening and facilitating skills. I have a strong belief that every one of us has the potential to improve our lives if we want to. We all strive to achieve contentment in our lives, but often it escapes us. I offer a holistic approach to Life Coaching, considering all aspects of your life and situation, only by seeing the whole picture can you begin to improve your life in a long lasting way.

I work with people from all walks of life and specialise in working with the medical profession, parents with young and school aged children and families with children with special needs and medical problems.

Prices for Individual Coaching:

Affordable at £45 per hour (2006 rate).

The first session lasts 45 minutes and is free (2006 Special Offer).
